Privacy policy
The Tunisia-Japan Friendship Association (AATUJA) attaches great importance to protecting your privacy. This policy describes the personal data we collect and how we process it, in accordance with Organic Act No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, under the supervision of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).

Data we collect
- Membership and contact form: name, email address, phone number and any information you choose to share, delivered through the Web3Forms service.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, set only after your consent, with your IP address anonymized.
- A strictly necessary cookie that stores your consent choice.
Purposes
We process your data to respond to your membership and contact requests, and to measure site traffic in order to improve it. Your data is neither sold nor rented.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, informed and express consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to authorized members of the association and to our technical providers: Web3Forms (form delivery) and Google Analytics (audience measurement).
Transfer of data outside Tunisia
Some of these services are hosted outside Tunisia, so your data may be transferred abroad. In accordance with Articles 50 to 52 of Act No. 2004-63, such a transfer requires your consent, an adequate level of protection in the destination country and, where applicable, authorization from the INPDP. We minimize the data transferred and anonymize your IP address.
Retention period
Your data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, then deleted or anonymized.
Security
We take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or disclosure, and to preserve its confidentiality.
Your rights
You have the right to information, access, rectification, erasure and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us at [email protected].
