We are pleased to invite you to attend our association’s General Meetings, to be held on Friday 17 April at 11 a.m., at Espace Zmorda.
This session will be divided into three distinct parts, in order to regularise our administrative situation and move towards a new legal structure.
Agenda
- 2024 Ordinary General Meeting — approval of the 2024 reports (activity and financial) and discharge of the directors.
- 2025 Ordinary General Meeting — approval of the 2025 reports (activity and financial) and discharge of the directors.
- Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM):
- presentation, discussion and vote on the association’s amended statutes;
- presentation, discussion and vote on the association’s internal regulations.
