On Friday 17 April 2026, at Espace Zmorda, the Tunisia-Japan Friendship Association held its General Meetings, convened in three distinct sessions in order to regularise its administrative situation and adopt a new legal structure.
2024 Ordinary General Meeting
Members approved the 2024 activity and financial reports and granted discharge to the directors.
2025 Ordinary General Meeting
Members approved the 2025 activity and financial reports and granted discharge to the directors.
Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)
The Meeting presented, discussed and adopted the amended statutes together with the association’s internal regulations — an important step in its legal evolution.
